Extradition decision of the Federal Office of Justice, Berne of Aug. 20, 2012, Case No. B 224`163/TMA
After the house search and the seizure of the Danzig files etc. on July 14, 2011, the Coburg Public Prosecutor's Office, via the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice, submitted an extradition request to the Federal Office of Justice in Bern on Aug. 11, 2011 - i.e. after the house search. However, the request contains all possible criminal charges, but nothing about the Free State of Danzig.
The criminal charges listed, such as fraud, were all rejected by the FOJ in Bern. Only for the purpose of presentation for trial on the charge of illegal possession of weapons was extradition approved, and even then expressly only for the purpose of trial. "For all other purpose, the extradition is refused", it says in the decision. With this the FOJ wanted to get the international arrest warrant off the table, because not even a conviction was permitted, nor even detention, but only an acquittal.
Danzig was deliberately kept quiet, because it was known that the Swiss would never have extradited for
